LIVE targeted advertising in REAL TIME

Please don't look at the aspect of this page as this is not meant to be a graphic page but is only meant to show how the technology works.
This part could be your dashboard from where you manage all of your adverts in real time.
Imagine that you are FIAT and you bought ad space on www.adspacewebsite.com
You want to maximize the ROI of your ad spend and in order to do it, you want to maximize the targeting of your adverts (not only in terms of the right people in the right place, but you also want to do it at the right time).
In order to do that, you want to push your adverts on that website whenever there are most relevant people to you.
Imagine that www.adspacewebsite.com provides you with "real time insights" about the kind of visitors on their website (providing gender, age, location, how many are logged in, and so on... all info easily accessible through a real time analytics tool - e.g. google analytics). You want to push NOW an advert about some of your model to people visiting www.adspacewebsite.com exactly at this right time.
How do you do?

Type the initial letter of the car model that you would like to push to the visitor (in real time). Letters working at moment are just (a=Alfa, f=Fiat 500, g=Grande Punto, and so on):
The space below (between the 2 horizontal lines) is the ad space placed on www.adspacewebsite.com and it is a remote page (not on your website) - here is what you would show to visitors of www.adspacewebsite.com whenever you want from wherever you are:

This is not just targeted advertising, this is

LIVE targeted advertising in REAL TIME.

You don't need the page to be reloaded in order to show your advert.
This way would give a huge power to the advertisers as they never had so far.
Someone could argue that there is a risk of ad spamming or something like that. Yes it could be, but if you manage the rules on "how to advertise", these issues can be removed. For example companies placing their adverts in real time, would take the space for a given time, for a given number of page views, or based on any other rules that could be agreed, created and automatized. The example as a starting point could be the bidding model for ppc in Google.
